First, the use of the two is different

      1.       2、Usage of the mud-discharging valve well: Installing and arranging valves and other equipment in this pit facilitates regular inspection, cleaning, and unclogging of pipelines, serving as a hub to prevent pipeline blockages.

     Second, the composition of the two is different

      1、Composition classification of the exhaust valve well: The composition classification of the exhaust valve well includes micro-exhaust valve, composite exhaust valve, and sewage composite exhaust valve.

      2、Composition classification of the mud-discharging valve well: Hydraulic control valves are valves controlled by water pressure. Hydraulic control valves consist of a main valve, its attached piping, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, pressure gauge, and so on. Depending on the purpose, function, and location, they can be evolved into remote control float ball valves, pressure reducing valves, slow-closing check valves, flow control valves, pressure relief valves, hydraulic electric control valves, water pump control valves, and so on.

      Three, the two requirements are different

      1、The requirements of the exhaust valve well: the valve well shaft and the well body and the well cover should be connected in a reliable way, and water can not seep into the well chamber because of heavy rain or water. Valve Wells are buried in the ground, to withstand different pressures from all directions, and different chemical substances corrosion and infringement, and require its bearing capacity and acid and alkali corrosion resistance.

      2、Requirements for mud discharge valve Wells: The valve well itself can not seep water, must ensure its sealing. Cast iron valves (such as globe valves, butterfly valves, etc.) are generally used when the pipe is slightly larger in the deep buried valve well, which will affect its service life or cause fracture, so the requirements for sealing are higher.
