On April 17, 2026, experts from Zhejiang University of Technology and Wenzhou Special Equipment Inspection Institute visited NFL Group Co., Ltd. to conduct in-depth academic exchanges on topics such as the application of ultra-pure fluorinated materials, the structural design of lined fluoropolymer equipment, and safety technologies for pressure vessels. Fang Xianle, General Manager of the company, together with his team, warmly received the delegation and participated in the symposium throughout. Through case studies and on-site workshop inspections, both sides jointly explored the technological frontiers and industrialization pathways for high-end applications of fluorinated materials.

During the symposium, General Manager Fang Xianle extended a warm welcome to the visiting experts and introduced the company's latest R&D achievements and market layout in the fields of lined fluoropolymer valves, pipe fittings, and special equipment. He pointed out: "As industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, and new energy impose increasingly stringent requirements on ultra-pure medium transportation, the stable application and precision design of high-purity fluorinated materials have become a core challenge for the industry."

Professor Gao Zengliang from Zhejiang University of Technology shared his team's research progress in areas such as structural integrity of process equipment and fatigue life prediction of pressure vessels. Professor Jiang Yanyao, drawing on his international experience in the field of metal fatigue and damage detection, provided forward-looking insights into the long-term reliability of lined fluoropolymer equipment under alternating loads. Three other faculty members—Zhang Xuekui, Ma Yinghe, and Song Yuxuan—engaged in in-depth discussions with the company's technical team from the perspectives of material processing, failure analysis, and high-temperature pressure vessel integrity, respectively.

Experts from Wenzhou Special Equipment Inspection Institute, including Shen Zhibin, Zheng Jianbao, Chen Jiyan, and Cai Zhihui, provided specific guidance on safety assessment, non-destructive testing methods, and key points of on-site supervision and inspection for lined fluoropolymer pressure vessels, drawing on their frontline experience in special equipment inspection and testing. The two sides also conducted a full-process simulation of a typical lined fluoropolymer reactor design case under ultra-pure operating conditions, covering material selection, structural optimization, and inspection protocols. The on-site discussions were practical and lively.

After the theoretical discussions, the expert delegation, accompanied by the company's team, visited the production line of lined fluoropolymer valves. The experts affirmed the company's practices in controlling the adhesion of the fluoropolymer lining, managing high-cleanliness workshops, and applying intelligent testing equipment. They also offered valuable suggestions on how to further improve surface smoothness and anti-permeability under ultra-pure operating conditions.

This academic exchange activity not only strengthened the technical ties between NFL Group and the university as well as the special equipment inspection institute but also injected new momentum into the company's continuous innovation in the field of ultra-pure fluorinated material applications.

In the future, NFL Group will continue to uphold the philosophy of "building the enterprise on technology and prioritizing quality," actively building a collaborative platform integrating production, education, research, and inspection, and steadily advancing lined fluoropolymer valve and pressure vessel technology toward higher purity, stricter standards, and better performance.
