On the afternoon of April 24, a special technology achievement promotion event was grandly held at the Wenzhou Pump & Valve Engineering Research Institute of Lanzhou University of Technology. During the event, NFL Group Co., Ltd. and the institute officially signed a major industry–university–research cooperation agreement for technology transfer and commercialization, marking a new stage of technological innovation and industrial collaboration in the field of corrosion-resistant fluid equipment.

Witnessed by municipal leaders, university experts, and industry representatives, NFL Group General Manager Fang Xianle and institute representatives formally signed the agreement. This milestone partnership became a highlight of the event, demonstrating the company’s strong recognition of the institute’s research capabilities and both parties’ commitment to advancing the high-quality development of corrosion-resistant products such as lined fluorine valves and pipe fittings.

As a leading domestic manufacturer of lined fluorine valves and pipe fittings, NFL Group has long been dedicated to solving fluid control challenges under extreme conditions involving strong corrosion, high temperatures, and high pressure. Its products are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, and environmental protection.
Leveraging Lanzhou University of Technology’s strong foundation in fluid machinery, sealing technology, and materials science, the Wenzhou Pump & Valve Engineering Research Institute brings together key laboratories and pilot-scale innovation platforms. This collaboration will focus on new material applications for lined fluorine valves, surface treatment technologies, and intelligent operation and maintenance, accelerating the transformation of high-value scientific achievements from the laboratory to industrial production.

Following the signing, General Manager Fang Xianle stated, “NFL has always upheld technology-driven development, but relying solely on in-house R&D often presents limitations. The institute offers strong research expertise and close-to-industry commercialization capabilities. This cooperation is only the beginning. Together, we will establish joint laboratories and cultivate technical talent, enabling more hard-tech innovations to take root at NFL and providing customers with more efficient and reliable corrosion-resistant fluid solutions.”

Rooted in Wenzhou and serving global markets, NFL Group is joining hands with academic innovation to inject new productive forces into the corrosion-resistant fluid equipment industry and create a win-win future across diverse application scenarios.
