Model Q41F46, the basic type of fluoroplastics lined ball valve released by the company, is divided into two structural types, that is bisection (two-piece) and three-piece, enjoying the features of small flow resistance, rapid opening/closing speed and simple structure occurred in ordinary ball valve, has the following advantages:

1. Ball valve with FEP lining has very high chemical stability, and is applicable for any other strong corrosion media except for molten alkalie and fluorine;

2. The full-bore and floating-ball structure can close the valve within the whole pressure range ensuring zero leakage, which facilitates the pipeline pigging and pipeline maintenance in the system;

3. The integration of closure ball body and valve stem eliminates the possibility that the stem rushes out from pressure-containing parts due to pressure change, which ensures fundamentally the operational safety of the engineering;

4. Reasonable and compact structure and minimum cavity of valve body reduce the sediment of the medium, in addition, special molding process, contributing to excellent airtight sealing surface, enables the valve to be zero leaked by combining with herringbone and annular PTFE packing;

5. Two-piece and three-piece structure are applicable for pipeline system and work conditions to meet different requirements, where three-piece ball valve, main valve body is separated from valve bodies at both ends, can realize rapid online replacement and maintenance.
