Fluorine lined pneumatic control valve

The stop valve is mainly applicable for connecting or blocking the medium in the pipeline, and not for throttling, which its closure member (disc), driven by the stem, and is vertically moved along the center axis of the valve seat.

Basic structure of stop valve

1. The fluoroplastics-lined stop valve, no matter Model J41F46 straight-forward or Model J45F46 straight-flow or Model J44F46 angle-type, has the merits of compact structure, flexible opening or closing, strong corrosion resistance, short travel (generally for 1/4 of nominal diameter), and is widely applied for blocking the medium in the pipeline system such as petroleum, chemical industry, but it needs to be emphasized that fluoroplastic-lined stop valve is forbidden to be used for flow regulation for the avoidance of the damaging of sealing face arisen from high-speed scouring at the choke.

2. The integrated structure of valve disc and valve stem is used for preventing from the possibility that the pressure fluctuation causes the trim rushes out the valve body, contributing to compact structure and safe application.

Driving modes: manual operation, turbine drive, pneumatic drive (normally-opened or normally-closed), electric drive.
