Fluorine lined reducing flange joint

Fluorine lined reducing flange joint is a pipeline component used for connecting different pipe diameters in highly corrosive pipeline systems. It adopts a fluorine lining process with a stainless steel outer layer and an F4 (polytetrafluoroethylene) inner layer, which only contacts the fluoroplastic with the medium and can withstand the vast majority of strongly corrosive media. Suitable for strong corrosion pipeline diameter changing scenarios in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, with the characteristics of corrosion resistance, reliable connection, and low flow resistance.

structural characteristics

Fully lined with fluorine technology, the inner wall and sealing surface of the joint are covered with F4 fluoroplastic layer, which has excellent corrosion resistance.


Y-shaped flow channel design, smooth medium flow, low flow resistance, suitable for pipeline turning and diversion scenarios.


The outer layer of stainless steel has high strength and strong weather resistance, while the inner layer is lined with fluorine and corrosion-resistant, suitable for medium and low pressure strong corrosion conditions.


The flange connection method is easy to install and can quickly connect with various fluorine lined valves and pipelines.


The sealing surface adopts fluoroplastic sealing gasket to ensure zero leakage at the connection point.


Design specifications: comply with GB/T 9119 and HG/T 3704 standards.

b. J45F46-16P full lining type: joint full lining/sealing surface full lining layer

c. J45F46-16P semi lined type: The joint is fully lined/the sealing surface is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (not lined)
