structural characteristics
The midline butterfly valve structure has a concentric butterfly plate and valve seat within a 360 ° circumference, with bidirectional sealing function, and can freely adjust pressure and flow rate.
Fully lined with fluorine technology, the surfaces of the valve body, butterfly plate, and valve stem are all covered with F4 fluoroplastic layer, which only comes into contact with the medium and has excellent corrosion resistance.
Four level loading elastic sealing structure ensures zero leakage inside and outside the valve.
Stainless steel cast valve body, with strong weather resistance and excellent hygiene on the outer layer, and fluorine lined corrosion resistance on the inner layer, suitable for medium and low pressure strong corrosion and hygiene grade working conditions.
The worm gear transmission mechanism has a large transmission ratio, easy operation, and self-locking function to prevent misoperation.
Design specifications: comply with GB/T 12224 and HG/T 3704 standards.
Drive mode: worm gear transmission (expandable to manual, pneumatic, electric).
