Fluorine lined fabric compensator

Fluorine lined fabric compensator, also known as non-metallic expansion joint, is a flexible compensation component used in highly corrosive pipeline systems. It is made of fluoroplastic fabric as the core elastic material, which can absorb axial and lateral displacement of pipelines, and withstand the vast majority of strong corrosive media except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. Suitable for strong corrosion pipelines in industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, it has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, strong compensation ability, and shock absorption and noise reduction.

Fluoroplastic fabric skin structure, with good elasticity and large compensation, can absorb axial, lateral, and angular displacement.


Fully lined with fluorine technology, the skin and flange sealing surfaces are covered with F4 fluoroplastic layer, which has excellent corrosion resistance.


Equipped with stainless steel flanges and limit structures, it is easy to install, can limit excessive displacement, and improve stability.


Non metallic materials are lightweight, have low flow resistance, do not generate eddy currents, and are suitable for large-diameter pipeline systems.


Equipped with shock absorption and noise reduction functions, it can reduce pipeline vibration and noise, and protect equipment.


Design specifications: comply with GB/T 12777 and HG/T 20615 standards.

b. FUB-25P High Temperature Type: Suitable for compensating high-temperature and medium pressure corrosion pipelines
