Pneumatic fluorine lined single seat regulating valve

Pneumatic fluorine lined single seat regulating valve belongs to a type of regulating valve. It uses a fluorine lined valve core as the regulating element, and drives the valve core to move along the axis of the valve stem through a pneumatic actuator, changing the flow area between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby achieving precise regulation of medium flow rate and pressure. It is designed specifically for automatic adjustment scenarios of highly corrosive media. The valve body cavity, valve core, and valve stem surface are all lined with F4 (polytetrafluoroethylene) fluoroplastic, which can withstand the vast majority of highly corrosive media (such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidants) except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. The matching valve positioner can achieve high-precision flow control, adapt to corrosive fluid working conditions in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, etc., and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, precise adjustment, and rapid response.

Fully lined with fluorine technology, the valve body cavity, valve core, and valve stem surface are all covered with F4 fluoroplastic layer, only the fluoroplastic comes into contact with the medium, and has excellent corrosion resistance.


Pneumatic thin film actuator drive, stable output force, coupled with valve positioner can achieve flow regulation with 0.1% accuracy, high control precision.


Single seat valve core structure, reasonable flow channel design, linear or equal percentage flow characteristics, suitable for different regulation requirements.


The valve body adopts a carbon steel casting structure, with high outer strength and inner lining fluorine corrosion resistance, suitable for medium and low pressure strong corrosion working conditions.


The valve stem adopts an anti blowout structure, combined with fluoroplastic seals, effectively preventing medium leakage and improving operational safety.
